This session we loop back to the exercises from session one to give our bodies a bit of routine before we step it up in session #4.

 

The focus is on core strengthening, glutes, lower back and balance.

Since we are still at home, this is an opportunity to be virtually together and fit. This is a soccer focused series that will touch on balance, core, ankle exercises, stretching, strengthening the hips, quads, hamstrings and more.
